Why we do…What We Do
Since my introduction into hunting and wildlife, far too many years ago now to admit, I’ve always wanted to have a place where the everyman can come and have an enjoyable lifelong hunting experience in the great outdoors, without all the hard work.
As the industry has grown, sadly many hunters have just been priced out of previously affordable leasing opportunities, while others just simply don’t have time with all the demands of work and family, to enhance their property year round, keep up all the trails, stands, feeders, and numerous other equipment maintained to the level needed. The task becomes more overwhelming than the time enjoyed hunting, and you end up not hunting all together.
Over the years I’ve been fortunate enough to experience some hunts from all over the county. I’ve tried to take the most enjoyable parts from those trips and bring them together into a perfect weekend of hunting. Let us do all the prep work, we’ll take care of the cooking, we’ll take care of cleaning. You can be free to just relax and see some of the best deer in the area. We even handle the processing and have it ready for you to carry home.

Indian Creek Outfitters is committed to consider every detail of our hunting experience with the visitor in mind. From out accommodations and menu, to the attention spent year round on the quality of our shooting houses, green fields, feeders, and more. Our mission isn’t just to have one amazing hunting trip in south central Alabama. We want to make friends for a lifetime and preserve and expand these opportunities and life lessons for generations to come.

What We Offer
Hundreds of acres of wooded timberland located in the heard of Alabama filled with foliage, natural water sources, acorns, and green field after greenfield of deer’s favorite foods and feeders.
Quality yet comfortable accommodations for up to 5 individual hunters needing separate rooms. Enough luxury to appreciate while casual enough to put your feet up.
Southern Hospitality with homemade fresh from scratch meals and desserts that you won’t believe until you taste them. All prepared by a handful of the best-known local grill masters around. Regardless of your luck or aim, you will not go to bed or leave hungry from Indian Creek Outfitters!
Did we mention the food and lodging were good? Now to hear more about the hunting itself.
Every greenfield has at least one feeder that runs twice a day with Deer Draw and other local favorites ordered by the truckload.
Hunters with be taken to and from the stands and hunting locations each day will factor everything from wind and weather to recent camera readings.
Everything within reason will be handed by your host and guides from the prepared meals and desserts, to bottled water, sodas and snacks provided as well.
Hate cleaning deer? Our staff can clean an quarter your harvest for you and have it ready to go when you are, or cape the hide and head for you to carry to favorite taxidermy to preserve your trophy forever. (just bring your own cooler)
